The project brief evolved one of the concern of the client, Confederation of Indian Industry(CII), to encourage energy efficient and eco-friendly system, procure and products in India. To house the activities of CII’s Green Business Centre, it was decided to do a demonstration project by constructing a ‘GREEN’ building.

The CII-Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre is to be the main center of research and consultation for ‘Green’ activities in the construction and manufacturing industry.
