There are 3 flats on each floor and every flat faces the lake. Large French windows are repetitive features of the facade. The stepped profile and the two huge rectangular cut outs further add to the drama of the composition.

After the completion of Lake Castle, which was a demanding and exhausting process, the Hiranandanis embarked on a journey to create a distinct style for the entire complex.
